I’m thrilled to officially introduce Sonne Soundhealing 🌞, a practice inspired by the powerful symbolism of the sun across cultures. The sun, or sonne, has always represented life, clarity, strength, and spiritual transformation—qualities I aim to bring into each healing session.
In Tibetan Buddhism, the sun illuminates the path to enlightenment. For Native American traditions, it symbolizes healing and vitality. The ancient Egyptians saw the sun as a source of rebirth, while the Greeks associated it with truth and reason. From Japan’s sun goddess Amaterasu to Hindu Surya, the sun is a universal symbol of balance, warmth, and renewal.

As spring unfolds it is high time that my BAUM baby takes her first steps into the world (she can walk already)
You can follow me, listen to it and even buy the album on Bandcamp, quite amazing!
The record ‘Meer’ is marked by diversity and contrasts. This is expressed in the piece 'Meer', meaning ‘more’ in Dutch and equally carries the album title. The word has a double meaning referring on the one hand to the restless gluttony and greed to which society is often exposed, proclaiming infinity. On the other hand, the word signifies ‘a lake’ which is defined as a body of water enclosed by land on all sides, which indicates a border and reveals the calm, gentle waves of a lake.
These contradictions manifest themselves throughout the album in subjects such as city versus nature, dream versus reality, isolation versus harmony, creating a harmonious, organic soundscape.
